Parades, park fun and fireworks are lighting up the North Shore this week! From morning bike rides to evening lakefront shows, here’s your FULL GUIDE to where and when to celebrate, or see below for details on each local celebration.

🎆 Shorewood 4th of July Guide 🇺🇸
🚲 1:30–2:45 pm – Bike & Trike Decoration Station at the old Kensington Liquor lot, hosted by Little Sprouts Café. Kids are welcome to decorate and ride at the end of the parade!
🎉 3 pm – Independence Day Parade kicks off on Oakland Ave. (Parade route setup begins at 2 pm. Oakland will be closed from 2–4 pm.
🍦 Post-Parade Fun – After the parade ends at Atwater Elementary, enjoy ice cream, open playgrounds, and family fun! Bring a basketball or kickball and start a game.
🎶 5:30 pm – Atwater Park Festivities begin with food, drinks, and entertainment.
🎸 7 pm – Live Music at Atwater Park
🎇 9 pm (or dusk) – Fireworks light up the sky from Atwater Park!
Glendale’s 4th of July features a bike parade

🎉 11 am – Parade steps off from Parkway Elementary and travels through neighborhoods
🍔 12–9 pm – Family Fun Fest at Kletzsch Park with live music, food trucks, games, inflatables & more
🎇 9:30 pm – Fireworks over Kletzsch Park (bring a blanket!)
🎆 Whitefish Bay 4th of July Guide 🇺🇸
🎉 11:30 am – Parade begins at Kent & Silver Spring and heads east toward Klode Park
🎪 12:30–9 pm – Klode Park Festival with food vendors, games, face painting, and live entertainment
🎇 9:20 pm – Fireworks over Lake Michigan at Klode Park
🎆 Bayside 4th of July Guide 🇺🇸
Fox Point’s festivities includes a kids bike parade
🎆 Fox Point 4th of July Guide 🇺🇸
🎉 9 am – Parade begins at Stormonth School and ends at Longacre Pavilion
🎪 10 am–noon – Post-parade fun at the Pavilion with games, snacks & live music
🎇 No official fireworks—but plenty of nearby viewing in Bayside or downtown Milwaukee

Fresh Coast Dance in Whitefish Bay has you covered with summer camps, whether your little one wants to roar through a Circle of Life jungle, belt out their inner Swiftie, hunt for pirate treasure, or click their ruby slippers Somewhere Over the Rainbow.
